After5PM.net respects each individual’s right to personal privacy.  We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement.  This statement applies solely to information collected at After5PM.net’s Web site.

After5PM.net collects information through our Web site at several points.  We collect the following information about visitors:

We may also collect email and postal addresses of  our users and that our users divulge about other people. After5PM.net does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We collect this information through forms in the check-out process.  The information is collected both voluntarily and involuntarily.   To receive our products and services, site users email and postal address is mandatory in order for our customers to receive the products they bought at After5PM.net.  Other information we request is optional. 

We employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable After5PM.net to track shopping cart information and deliver customized content to users.  Our cookies have an expiration date. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.

Part II.  Information Usage.
The information collected by After5PM.net will be used for shipping products to customers and contacting customers for customers service purposes.  Users who provide information will receive notification about purchases, product shipping, and other announcements. 

Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

The information we collect  will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history.  We  will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources.

We may share data with the following third parties: US Post, FedEx, UPS.  These third parties will use the information for delivery purposes only.

We offer links to other Web sites.  Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies.  Their standards may differ from ours.

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will advise our customers by email.

Part III.  Access to Information
After5PM.net maintains the accuracy of our information to the best of our ability.  Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find by emailing inquiry@After5PM.net. Users may delete their information from our database by by email request to the same email address.

Part IV. Problem Resolution
If problems arise, users may contact After5PM.net by email at inquiry@After5PM.net or via telephone at (626)293-3066.  We are committed to resolving disputes within ten business days.

Part V. Data Storage and Security
After5PM.net protects user information with the following network security measures: secure servers, firewalls, and 128-bit SSL encryption. In addition, Customer data are stored in a physically secure location with our ISP, Apollo Hosting (http://www.apollohosting.com).
