1. How long does it take before you ship my order?

Orders received by 2PM PST (5PM EST) for in-stock items are almost always shipped the same day. Order received after 2PM PST are shipped the next business day. For back-ordered items, we will advised by the next business day when you can expect your order to be shipped.

2. How long before I get the stuff I ordered?

This will vary depending on what type of shipping method you use.

3. What is your Refund Policy?

We offer 30 day unconditional refund on most purchases. Generally, in order to obtain full refund for your purchase, we ask you to please keep in mind of the following Refund Policy:

1. Returned merchandise must be received within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, accompanied by original invoice or sales receipt. No refund will be given after thirty (30) days.
2. Returned items must be in good condition, with no visible cuts or scratches.
3. Items must be returned in working order with original packaging.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please ship via USPS with insurance, UPS, or FedEx only.

Please allow up to one week for processing of returns and refunds.

4. What is Your Return and Exchange Policy?

Defective products can be returned and exchanged within the product warranty period. The product warranty period varies by product and is listed within each product page. Email or call us if you think you have a defective product and we will be glad to assist you. Please include your invoice number in the inquiry.

In general, please allow one week for us to test the returned product and process the exchange. In some cases, this period may be longer or shorter depending on the product type and our workload at the time. You can email or call us for up-to-date information. Please include your invoice number so we can look you up in our database.

Returned products that are tested and turned out to be non-defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This is to cover the cost to have our technician test the item and process the return.

5. What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Electronic Debit (eCheck), Cashier's Check, and Money Order. Personal Checks are not accepted at the moment. Email inquiry@After5PM.net if you have question about whether we accept a certain type of payment.

6. Can I order over the phone?

Yes, our toll-free order line is open 9AM-5PM PST Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). The number is 1-800-363-8103.
